PACE Application Conditions

Take-Off Cadet (Cadet Pilot Candidate) 2026-1

  • Being a Turkish citizen or holding a Blue Card,
  • Holding at least a bachelor's degree (formal or open education). (HEC equivalency certificate is required for foreign graduates.)
  • The duration of undergraduate education should not exceed 6 years. (7 years for those who attended preparatory school.)
  • Born before 31.12.2004 and after 01.01.1995,
  • Height must be between 160 cm and 195 cm, and Body Mass Index (BMI) must be suitable (between 20-30),
  • Having completed military service or committing to postpone it for at least 2 years,
  • No criminal record or criminal archive record,
  • Not having participated in any pilot training program before (PPL, CPL, ATPL, etc.)

It is required to document the minimum score from one of the following exams taken within the last 2 years as of the application date:

TOEFL (IBT)

Score: 60 (Speaking: min. 18)

IELTS (Academic or General)

Score: 6 (Speaking: min. 6)

PTE (Academic)

Score: 46 (Speaking: min. 46)

*Candidates without a language certificate will be granted time until the interview process, provided they are successful in the online English test.

Health status must be suitable for flight. Candidates who are successful in the selection process are required to obtain a Class-1 Health Certificate from health institutions authorized by DGCA.

Candidates must make a true declaration about their medical history (medication use, surgery, musculoskeletal disorders, etc.).

  • Applications for our advertisement are only accepted via the internet.
  • Candidates are required to upload their Transcript and Criminal Record document via e-Government.
  • The advertisement will be removed on 04.04.2025 at 15:00.
  1. Online English Test: For candidates without a language certificate.
  2. Psychometric Test Assessments: For candidates who pass the English process.
  3. Competency Assessment: For candidates who pass the psychometric tests.
  4. HR and Business Unit Technical Interview: Together with document control and height-weight measurement.
  5. Health Check: Flight worthiness examination.
  • Candidates who fail the same process twice cannot be included in the processes again (excluding the English test).
  • Applications are accepted only via the internet.
