DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
Scope and Nature of the Service
AvioTest is a digital psychometric test preparation platform where users can study by determining the difficulty settings of various modules of the relevant tests themselves.
Users can access AvioTest via its website, as well as through its mobile application on the App Store and Google Play Store.
The Company reserves the right to change the scope and content of the service in order to improve and develop the software.
Payment and Delivery
Since the service provided is a digital content-based software service, by purchasing a subscription, users do not acquire a physical product, but rather a digital access and usage right to their accounts for a specific period.
Upon completion of the purchase by the users, the relevant subscription package is immediately activated, and the user is granted access via the platform. Once access is provided, the service is deemed to have been instantly fulfilled in the electronic environment, and the delivery is considered complete.
For sales made through the website, the payment process is collected via the Paddle (PADDLE.COM MARKET LIMITED) infrastructure; subscription access is defined after the payment is successfully concluded and fraud/security checks are completed.
For purchases made via the App Store and Google Play Store, payment is executed based on the confirmation from the respective store's in-app purchase system; upon this, subscription access is defined.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts for services instantly performed in the electronic environment and digital content, once the performance of the service has begun. In this regard, users explicitly accept that the performance begins with the provision of access to the service and that they lose their right of withdrawal.
Subscription Model and Packages
AvioTest's subscription plans are divided into three options: 7 days, 1 month, and 3 months.
Current pricing information regarding subscription packages is clearly displayed on the website and on the purchase screen within the application.
When a Trial Period is Provided
The Company may offer a trial period ("Trial Period"), the duration of which is at its sole discretion, to users who will use AvioTest for the first time.
If the user does not cancel their subscription during the Trial Period, upon the expiration of the Trial Period, the weekly (7-day) subscription fee will automatically start to be collected, and the subscription will renew under the same conditions unless canceled by the user.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time during or after the Trial Period or switch to different subscription packages (1 month / 3 months).
If the user switches to one of the 1-month or 3-month subscription packages, the relevant subscription package will automatically renew for the same period at the end of its term unless canceled.
The user agrees and acknowledges that charging will begin at the end of the Trial Period and that payment will be collected if they do not cancel.
The user accepts that policies regarding the Trial Period may change and can be canceled (including the trial period policy itself). Changes to the Trial Period will not affect the terms of an existing, currently active subscription of a user.
When a Trial Period is Not Provided
If a Trial Period is not provided to the user, the fee is collected in accordance with the subscription package chosen by the user.
If the user does not cancel their subscription, the subscription is automatically renewed and continues under the same conditions.
The user can cancel their subscription at any time during or after the subscription period or switch to a different subscription package. Conditions regarding cancellation and refunds are explained in detail in Section 5 of this Policy.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Purchases Made from the Website
Subscriptions, at the end of their term, automatically renew with the initial subscription conditions chosen by the user.
The user can cancel their subscription at any time.
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the user retains the right to access the service until the end of this period.
In the event of cancellation, due to the nature of the digital service, if the service has been partially used after access has been provided, no partial or proportional refund will be made for the unused period.
However; in cases where access to the service cannot be provided due to a technical error caused by Avio Yazılım Eğitim Teknoloji Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Company"), or if the service cannot be used at all due to a technical reason caused by the Company after access is provided, or if it is interrupted to the extent that it prevents the objective expected benefit, the user may contact our support team via the e-mail address [email protected] and submit their cancellation and refund request.
In such cases, technical support is provided to the user, and if the issue is resolved, additional usage time (package extension) is defined. If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund is provided to the user.
The request is reviewed by the Company within a reasonable time depending on its nature, and the user is notified as soon as possible. If it is understood that the technical review will exceed a reasonable time due to the nature of the problem, this matter is also reported to the user.
Additionally, if duplicate payments are collected from the user, a refund is immediately provided to the user, provided that the user contacts our support team with information and documents proving the duplicate payment.
In the cases listed above, the Company may only request necessary and proportionate information and documents to evaluate the request within the scope of proving the cancellation and refund request. In other words, these information and documents; such as a payment receipt, order number, store subscription screenshot, in-app user ID, or error screenshot, will be of a nature that will not complicate the consumer's actual exercise of their right.
The user's claim of an "accidental purchase" does not constitute a reason for a refund on its own. However, it can be evaluated by the Company according to the specifics of the concrete case.
5.1.1. Refund Method
If the refund request is approved by the Company, the refund is processed through the Paddle payment infrastructure and made to the relevant card or payment instrument. Due to the internal procedures of banks and card institutions, the time it takes for the amount to reflect in the user's account may vary.
Purchases Made via App Store and Google Play Store and Refund Method
For subscriptions made via the App Store and Google Play Store, stopping the automatic renewal is done through the respective store account settings; we would like to bring to your attention that deleting the application will not terminate the subscription.
For sales made via the App Store or Google Play, the respective platforms' own refund and cancellation policies apply. In this context, refund requests must be made directly through Apple or Google. The Company does not have direct refund authority over transactions made through these platforms.
In this context, if the refund is accepted, the reimbursement is also provided through the systems of the respective stores. In refund processes made via the App Store and Google Play Store, the final reflection time may vary depending on the processes of the relevant store and payment institutions.

We also note that if the aforementioned application stores cannot be reached, you can contact our support team, and the necessary guidance will be provided by us.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of an unresolved dispute between the user and the Company, the user may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee according to the relevant monetary limits or, in cases where mandatory mediation is required, to the mediator; subsequently, they may take legal action in the competent consumer court. The Company adopts a good faith, recorded, and transparent approach in communication and resolution processes.
This policy applies without prejudice to applicable Turkish law and mandatory consumer legislation. The Company may update this policy in line with legislative changes, store rules, payment infrastructure practices, and changes in the product structure. The updated text will apply prospectively from the date it is published on the website and/or the application.
The user declares that they have been able to access the provisions of this policy before the purchase process and that they have read and accepted them.
