AvioTest® Software License Agreement
HasTechnology Inc. & Kerem Hassoy Effective Date: 21.12.2025
AvioTest® software covers desktop applications, mobile applications, web-based services, and all related content (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”). The Software belongs to HasTechnology Inc. and Kerem Hassoy (collectively the “Company”) and is protected by intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws.
AvioTest is offered via computer application, mobile application, and internet browser (web) access.
By downloading, installing, or using the Software (including web access), you agree to this License Agreement. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the Software.
If the Software is obtained from third-party platforms like Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store, the respective platforms' own terms may also apply.
1. Definitions
Software
The Software covers applications, web services, test modules, question banks, audio-visual content, documents, updates, and online services. The Software can be accessed by downloading an application or via an internet browser.
License
The License is the right to use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes in a non-transferable, limited, and revocable manner.
All rights not expressly granted in this agreement belong to the Company.
Account
A personal user account may be required to access the Software.
Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.
2. Scope of License
As long as you comply with this agreement, the Company grants you the right to use the Software on your personal devices and/or via the web.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing account or login details with others
- Granting access to third parties, whether paid or free
- Copying, distributing, or using the Software for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineering the source code
- Using for training centers, institutions, or commercial purposes (without written permission)
In case of use contrary to these rules, the license is immediately revoked.
3. License Fees and Access Types
The Software is licensed, not sold.
Access may be provided in the following ways:
- One-time license
- Subscription plans
- Limited or free access
- Web usage via account
Fees, renewal, and refund conditions are specified at the time of purchase or on the relevant platform.
4. Activation and Web Access
For the use of the Software:
- Internet connection
- Account login
- Periodic license verification
may be required.
The security of account information is the user's responsibility.
The Company may suspend access in cases of misuse, account sharing, or violation of the agreement.
5. System Requirements
The Software may run in the following environments:
- Microsoft® Windows
- Apple® macOS
- Apple® iOS
- Google® Android
- Current internet browsers
It is not guaranteed to work on rooted, jailbroken, or unsupported devices.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
The Company does not guarantee the following:
- Uninterrupted service
- 100% accuracy of content
- Exam success or hiring success
- Exact match with real exams
AvioTest is an independent training and preparation tool. Real exams may vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
Within legal limits, the Company cannot be held responsible for:
- Indirect damages
- Data loss
- Loss of income or opportunity
- Exam or career results
Total liability cannot exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
Personal data is used solely for:
- Account management
- License control
- Support services
- Product development
Performance data may be analyzed after being anonymized.
No marketing is conducted without explicit consent.
The user accepts that data will be processed within the scope of KVKK (Turkey).
9. Intellectual Property and Independence
All content belonging to AvioTest is owned by the Company.
AvioTest is not affiliated with any airline, exam institution, or third party, and is not endorsed unless explicitly stated.
10. Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated.
In case of violation, the license terminates immediately and all access is closed.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
The competent courts are Ankara.

13. Final Provisions
If any provision is invalid, it does not affect the other provisions.
This agreement covers the entire agreement regarding the use of the Software.
