Vigilance 1

You watch a dial and listen to sounds at the same time.
What is Vigilance 1?
This test measures your sustained attention through two simultaneous tasks: a visual tracking task and an auditory monitoring task. It checks how well you stay focused during repetitive activities.
Tracking Task (Visual)
- You will see a dial with two parts: an analog dial (like a clock) and a digital number.
- Both move together most of the time.
- Sometimes, the digital number changes, but the analog dial does NOT change.
- When this happens, press the Eye button.

Auditory Task
- You will hear three different tones during the test.
- If the same tone plays 3 times in a row, you must press the Music button.
- Stay alert for the sequence even while tracking the dial.

Important Notes
⚠️ The visual discrepancy happens rarely. The test checks how well you stay focused over long periods.
How to Prepare
