1. Personal Data We Collect

When you use AvioTest, we may collect the following categories of data:

a) Account & Licensing Data

• Name (if provided)
• Email address
• Login credentials (username and password)

This data is necessary to provide you with access to the App and to manage your subscription.

b) Payment Data

All payments are handled directly within the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

We do not process or store your full payment details. The respective app store privacy policies apply.

c) Usage & Performance Data

The App may process non-identifiable data such as:

• Test results and progress
• Device type, operating system, and anonymized IP information

Performance data may be used to enable features such as progress tracking, benchmarking, or recovery of results if you reinstall the App.

d) Support Data

If you contact us for support, we may process the information you provide (e.g. email, error logs) solely for handling your request.

2. Legal Basis

We process your personal data only when necessary to:

• Perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

3. Data Sharing

• Payments: Processed exclusively by Apple or Google (depending on your platform).
• Analytics: The App may use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to improve performance. Data is anonymized wherever possible.
• Third Parties: We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only when required by law or with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

• Account and licensing data are retained as long as your subscription is active.
• Support requests are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your case.
• Performance data may be anonymized and aggregated for benchmarking purposes.

5. Cookies & Tracking

If our website is used alongside the App, cookies may be stored in your browser to improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability).

If you withdraw consent, certain features (e.g., subscription validation, cloud sync) may no longer function.
